Professional and personable in attitude and detailed in his approach, he offers clear paths to solutions for all his clients when they need it most. Structuring a business model built on the foundation of “client first and sales second,” Eric’s clients appreciate the candor he offers at every stage of their real estate journey, with honesty and clarity being the key ingredients. 

A native of Glenview, an 18-yr resident of the city’s Northside, and present day homeowner in Glenview, he considers his life experience in Chicago and the North Shore a valuable asset in his specialization of both areas. There’s a true connection to the people and places he’s encountered his entire life, which his clients see very early on in the relationship.

Simultaneously, he knows flexibility is paramount, which is mirrored in his approach to service. As he frequently muses, “Like my automobile, my skills travel,” he assists people all throughout northern Cook and southern Lake Counties realize their dream of home ownership. 

An accomplished full-time real estate professional, he brings sales expertise crafted from years of handling difficult objections from sellers, buyers, and competing brokers. His approach to listing a home is a simple blend of identifying his seller’s goals, thorough analysis of current market behaviors, and top of the line marketing. Both first-time and seasoned homebuyers experience a search process designed on targeting what's most important to them and disregarding what isn’t.

When he isn’t serving his clients out in the field, you’ll find Eric at his office finding ways to make his people’s experiences even better by drawing the best offers to his sellers’ homes and sharing the most perfect homes which his homebuyers will love. Once these boxes are checked, he escorts them through the finer details en route to the closing table.

And while not performing these missions, he’s spending his free time at the backyard firepit with his dog, attending concerts or playing golf with his friends, grabbing a bite to eat with his parents, hopping on a plane to see his brother, watching his teams on the TV, and all other iterations of the above. He truly loves the life he lives outside of his business and appreciates it’s not possible without the trust his clients place on him to help secure their dreams first.
